It's unfortunate the Display Zoom is only available on the M1 and M2 iPads.

I primarily work on an iPad Pro 12.9" with an A12Z SoC and I don't have the feature. It feels the same as when Apple limit Stage Manager on M1 devices then had to enable it on previous chips.

Now, it's the Display Zoom but apparently it's not pressing enough to force Apple to enable it on older chips as well.
