I agree. There are a few apps for graphic designers as well as artists. My point is about the lack of professional apps for other users.

I have yet to find an IDE as good as the ones on Mac. Or a UI design app as good as Figma on Mac.

Moreover, there's almost no professional browser because Apple restricts every app to use WebKit.

My point is this: if the iPad is the best of both worlds (iOS & macOS) then it should have the better software.

It's currently in a position where the hardware is far superior than its software.
