Just Cause, a term wildly spoken in the book: The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek. I am amazed by the genius of Mr. Sinek which shows his vision of a future where people go to work, do their best job and come back home feeling satisfied.

In this story I will present you eight things to notice and check to see whether a company is worth your time and future.

We should not live restricted. Whatever we do, it should bring joy and more hope for a future state which still doesn’t exist. To talk more in-depth about this state, I’ll introduce: Just Cause. A term defined as:

A Just Cause is a specific vision of a future state that does not yet exist. — Simon Sinek, The Infinite Game

One can bring many interpretations of what Just Cause means, to each, it might slightly differ but, the whole concept is greatly defined in the book.

To work at a company means to live a life where business doesn’t entirely feel as business. One should not solely wake up each morning and think about the money as the motivation of doing something. The primary objective of doing any sort of work “a valuable, meaningful” work is when the feeling of self-worth and humanity coincides.
